Where is my serial # located?

Your serial # is laser engraved into your grip frame, in front of the trigger guard.

What took so long to get these to market?

Set backs with suppliers extended the product development process exponentially.

Extensive testing has been completed to assure that these components will fit and function as expected while withstanding the rigors of paintball.

In order to bring our customers the best quality product DLX expended an enormous number of resources to deliver an accessory that met the expectations of the Luxe community. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and appreciate the patience and support our customer base has shown during this process.

What is the $5 or $15 charge?

The charge is to cover shipping for those that do not want to pick the grip up at a retailer or event, and instead would like the parts delivered to their home.

Luxe ICE owners can pick up this grip set at any paintball event that DLX Technologies attends. Owners will need to present the marker and the serial # will be recorded. Starting with the NXL Dallas event (5/5/17)
Your local store, pro-shop or retailer can order the the parts be at no charge to be shipped with their next wholesale order. Marker owners will need to provide the retailer with the serial # for their Luxe ICE marker.

International Customers can claim the grip kit by choosing the shipping option on this page, or by one of the following methods:

Luxe ICE owners can pick up this grip set at any paintball event that DLX Technologies attends. Owners will need to present the marker and the serial # will be recorded. Starting with the Millennium event in Germany (5/14/17)
Your local store, pro-shop or distributor can provide the the parts at no cost (other than local shipping) - Pick up at store location is free.

When will this item ship?

First Batch Ship date - 5/3/2017

Because each order must have the serial # verified prior to shipment, we will be shipping stock grip kit orders 3 times per work week (Mon-Wed-Fri).

Packages will be processed in the order that they are received - duplicate claims will delay the process.

You will receive verification of order placement - your order # should be recorded as record of your order.

*International Customers Please Note* - Customs agencies can delay packages for extended periods, and we have no control over their process. Multiple shipments will not be sent to replace items being held by customs. Lost packages will be replaced as appropriate.

Will I receive a tracking # with this item?

US customers will not receive a tracking # with this order, unless they choose expedited shipping or purchase other merchandise with this grip kit.

International customers will receive a tracking # via email within 2 business days of order placement.

Can I select another color other than black?

Currently all Luxe ICE markers ship from the factory with black main grips, as such this free package is limited to black only.

Colored grip kits will be available for purchase separately.

I registered my Luxe ICE on the support website - Is my grip automatically ordered?

Unfortunately no - customers must claim their grip set through this webpage, through their retailer, or in person at a DLX Technologies booth.

I bought my Luxe ICE used - Can I claim this kit?

One kit is available per serial number. If the kit has already been claimed for a marker, a second kit will not be made available.

If you are unsure if your grip set has already been claimed you can email your serial # to our support staff for confirmation - do so before placing an order. Contact

I own a store - How can I order these for my in stock inventory?

Retailers should contact a sales representative with a list of serial #s for in stock markers.

Retailers can also ask that this kit be included for Luxe ICEs that where sold through their retail location. Retailers will need to provide the serial #s of these markers as well - and should contact their customers to avoid double ordering of this kit (as it will delay the processing of one or both claims).

I don’t want to pay for shipping - What are my options?
